Potter Potential

JK Rowling, in a recent interview with Oprah Winfrey, has hinted at the possibility of more books involving the characters from the Harry Potter series. Rowling told Oprah that she had many more stories about them and is 'not going to say I won't'.

Guardian Children's Fiction Shortlist Revealed

The Guardian's annual book prize for children's fiction will announce a winner on October 8th 2010. Their shortlist was revealed today. Nominees are:

August has been marked on our calendar for a long time because Mockinjay, the third and final book in the Hunger Games series is released on the 25th. The first two books were mind blowing and we've got high hopes for the third. You can preorder it now through the Kid's Compass Bookshop at Amazon.

 


Artemis Fowl and the Atlantis Complex will hopefully be as great and exciting as the previous tales of his adventures with the fairies and is due to be released on 20th of July. READ OUR REVIEW HERE!
